The Art of Cool

“To try to be cool is to not be cool.  To chase cool, you’re chasing something that already exists, which means you’re always going to be on the wrong side of it, you’ll always be following.” - Andrew Keller, Co-Executive Creative Director, Crispin Porter and Bogusky

  1. It’s not impossible but people are a lot more cynical these days so it’s getting harder to be cool.

It’s also harder to wrap yourself around something that’s already cool in the hope that the coolness somehow rubs off on you.

You should search Google or for “Frontline Merchants of cool” Great documentary about trying to create and then market “Cool” stuff.
