Things that make you go Hmmmmm...

Price Of Oil When Bush took Office in 2000: ~$22
Price of Oil Today: ~$120

It makes me wonder... Why on earth did we elect an Oil Man for president & an even bigger Oil Man (CEO of Halliburton, the world's largest oil field services company) for vice president.

Even Condoleezza Rice is an "Oil Man" LOL. She was the former director on the corporate board of Chevron from 1991 to 2001 before resigning to assume her new post. Chevron even named an oil tanker after her which they quietly renamed from "The Condoleezza Rice" to "The Altair Voyager" after she became our national security adviser.

Robert Gates, our Defense Secretary served on the board of Parker Drilling, which provides drilling services to the energy industry. Even our Commerce Secretary, Donald Evans headed a a large gas exploration company called Tom Brown Inc.

In my personal opinion... It's a bit like electing a bunch of "Oil Man" foxes to create energy policies for us petroleum addicted chickens.
